These Terms & Conditions govern the sales of items from Islam4children (We) to the customer (You)

Please read the following points carefully before purchasing. Once you purchase from us it is assumed that you have agreed and accepted the following terms and conditions.

1. All orders are pre-paid.

2. Our shipping rates are only for UK mainland. If you are outside this, please kindly email us and we will quote you your shipping rate. Please inculde your name, FULL address (no PO Boxes) telephone number and the items you wish to purchase. We are unable to ship international orders if payments are sent first and foremost without the correct shipping charge being paid. Postal orders sent in currenies other than GBP will incur a surcharge. 

3. Please make sure when you create an account with us your address is correct and complete. We are not responisble for returns due to this. For orders to be despatched a second time the shipping cost will have to be paid again. 

4. Website specials are only valid on our website and they are not valid over the phone, events, retailers or walk-in customers unless they are mentioned specifically in our catalogue or flyers.

5. We do not sell products to children, but sell them to adults, who can purchase with a credit/ debit card, cheque or paypal. If you are under 16, you may use Islam4children’s website only with your parent or guardian.

6. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders at own sole discretion.

7. We never store card details.  We never pass on your personal details to anybody.

8. We aim to have orders despatched in 2 - 5 working days in general. However please note, that customers sending payments via cheque will have to wait for their cheques to be cleared prior to despatching their order. The maximum delivery charge is £6.95.

9. If you are paying via paypal we advice you to pay by your paypal account only and make sure your paypal address is up to date. We are at our own discretion able to refuse an order if the payment has been made via paypal and suspected to be suspicious.

10. Islamic schools, Madrassas and trade customers are entitled to discounts - please contact us for details.

11. Once your order has left our premises, ownership and risk or loss directly or indirectly transfers to you immediately, in no way are We held accountable thereof.

12. If you opt for a message to be iculded for the courier i.e. "please leave parcel with neighbour if no one is in", we will inculde these additional instructions for the courier service but we nor the courier service are liable for any loss arising from this request if the courier has confirmed it has been left where you stated.

13. You are able to check the status of your order online by logging in first and then viewing your account.

14. Please ensure that you are in to accept the delivery or you may have to pay an additional charge on each re-delivery attempt.

15. Returns

We will refund your online purchase if you:

Return new books (unmarked/ uncreased), unopened CDs, CD-ROMs, cassettes, DVDs, all textbooks, prints & posters, toys and software in their original condition with any seals and shrink wrap intact. All software products are non-refundable once opened, unless damaged or defective, in which case the software will be exchanged for the exact same product(s). We not responsible for the non-compatibility of software with your computer’s operating system. It is up to you to check system requirements prior to purchase.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective, in which case you have to include the appropriate receipt/s with the shipment. (Please inculde any postage/ packaging cost for yourselves within this and this will be reimbrused to you)

Electronic toys, may come with manufacturer’s guarantee. This means that if such products develop some fault then these should be returned directly to manufacturer and not to us. We can assist in this regard but can not take liability for the repair/exchange/refund.

All goods have to be returned before a replacement product can be dispatched whether they are damaged or faulty.
