1). Is my order secure?
When you are in the final checkout mode, you should see a lock shown on your browser at the bottom of your screen. This means that the order is secure. This is only important when submitting credit/debit card information. We never store card details.  We never pass on your personal details to anybody.

2). Can I view the status of my orders?
Yes, this can be done anytime once you have logged into your account, first and foremost.

Overview

When you first enter the shop, you are assigned a shopping basket that holds your purchases. Whenever you see an item that you wish to purchase, you can add it to your basket by entering the number of items to add and clicking on the "Add To Basket" button for that item. You will then see the contents of your shopping basket, including the item(s) that you just added.

At any time, you can view or change the contents of your basket by clicking on the "View Shopping Basket" link at the top of the page. You can remove items from your basket by simply setting the quantity to 0 and updating your basket.

When you have finished collecting items, you can click on the "Checkout" button located in the "View Shopping Basket" area, assuming that you are logged in. You will be given the chance to verify your purchase before proceeding to checkout. Please do not click on the "Bank" button on the menu bar at any stage as this will automatically log you out and therefore requiring you to log back in. This function is created for your safety.

If you are not logged in you will need to either create an account, or login in order to use the shopping basket.
